Ontem o Ibovespa caiu 0,25% e fechou aos 99.222 pontos, com um giro financeiro de R$ 15,5 bilhões.

A bolsa não consegue voltar aos 100 mil pontos, enfraquecida pelo cenário externo, com a expectativa de desaceleração global, porém o mercado fechou de lado, pois hoje o dia promete.

A começar pela oferta de US$ 550 milhões no mercado spot, ou seja, no mercado à vista, no qual o BC venderá esse valor da reserva internacional e em paralelo fará swap reverso do mesmo montante. As operações serão realizadas entre 9h30 e 9h35, e o mercado aguarda o efeito dessa medida, que irá acontecer até o dia 28, como forma de derrubar o preço do dólar.

Além disso o mercado aguarda ansiosamente Paulo Guedes, que hoje irá anunciar uma lista 17 empresas que serão privatizadas, e deixou um clima de suspense no ar, ao dizer que tem gente grande que acha que não será privatizada e vai entrar na faca, será que ele está falando dos Correios?

Outro fator que pode mexer com o mercado também, é a divulgação da ata do FED que sairá às 15hrs. Nessa ata, o mercado não espera muito, já que deve refletir o discurso de Powell logo após a reunião que selou o corte de 0,25p.p., e antes do agravamento da crise, que pegou o BC norte-americano de surpresa. Por isso, a expectativa maior será para o discurso de Powell na sexta em Jackson Role, no qual ele pode indicar um FED mais preocupado com recessão e com isso, mais cortes nas taxas de juros.

A espera desses movimentos da quarta, a bolsa fechou praticamente de lado, com os papéis fechando em direções opostas, a começar pela Vale(VALE3) que subiu 0,44%, após a China anunciar que irá acelerar em 2020 a compra de minério de ferro de alta qualidade, como forma de diminuir a poluição nas cidades industriais chinesas, e a Vale deve se beneficiar com isso, já que 85% do minério de ferro que produz, é de alta qualidade.

Já a Petrobrás(PETR4) não conseguiu acompanhar a alta do Brent e fechou praticamente de lado, com baixa de 0,04%.

Os bancos tiveram um dia de queda, com o Itaú(ITUB4) caindo 1,11%, Santander(SANB11) caindo 1,37%, Bradesco(BBDC4) caindo 0,97% e Banco do Brasil(BBAS3) caindo 0,08%. A exceção foi Banco Inter(BIDI4) que após 3 quedas fortes consecutivas, retomou sua trajetória de alta, subindo 6,75%.

As maiores altas do dia foram das ações da Via Varejo(VVAR3) com alta de 4,90%, da YDUQS(YDUQ3) subindo 4,57% e Cielo(CIEL3) subindo 4,54%. Já na parte de baixo, as maiores quedas foram de Magazine Luiza(MGLU3) caindo 3,43%, Braskem(BRKM5) caindo 2,58% e Suzano(SUZB3) recuando 2,44%.

O dólar voltou a recuar, depois de altas consecutivas, hoje o mercado aguarda os efeitos da nova forma de atuação do BC. Ontem o dólar caiu 0,37%, fechando aos R$ 4,05, enquanto o euro caiu 0,42%, para fechar em R$ 4,49.

Os DIs fecharam em direções mistas, com o DI jan 2021 caiu de 5,46% para 5,44%, enquanto do DI jan 2025 subiu de 6,93% para 6,95%.

Na agenda hoje, teremos apenas os dados de fluxo cambial semanal às 15hrs.

Indo para os EUA o dia foi de queda, com o Dow Jones caindo 0,65%, o S&P500 caindo 0,78% e o Nasdaq caindo 0,68%.

Por lá, o mercado aguardará a ata do FED, porém a maior expectativa é para sexta, já que se Powell não incorporar um discurso mais dovish(mais preocupado com uma desaceleração econômica do que com a inflação, e com isso derrubando mais juros) pode derrubar as bolsas globais. Um discurso igual ao realizado após a última reunião do FED, quando mencionou que poderia até não cortar mais juros, seria catastrófico para a economia global e para os emergentes.

Na agenda norte-americana, além da ata do FED às 15hrs, os dados de vendas de moradias usadas às 11hrs e os estoques de petróleo às 11h30.

Indo para a Europa as bolsas abriram em alta, com Frankfurt subindo 1,05%, Londres subindo 1,04%, Paris subindo 1,44% e Madri subindo 0,94%. Enquanto na Ásia as bolsas fecharam com leve variações, com Tóquio caindo 0,28%, Shanghai subindo 0,01%, Hong Kong subindo 0,15% e Seul subindo 0,22%.

Já o preço do barril de petróleo fechou em direções mistas, com o WTI caindo 0,02%, à US$ 56,13, enquanto o Brent subiu 1,87%, à US$ 59,74, lembrando que o Brent é utilizado como referência para a política de preços da Petrobrás.

O contrato de 250g de ouro, oz1d, subiu forte novamente, com alta de 4,16%. Já as criptomoedas estão voltando a cair forte nas últimas 24 horas, com o bitcoin caindo 5,08%, a ethereum caindo 5,01% e a ripple caindo 3,70%.

Para finalizar, o IFIX caiu 0,36%. O grande destaque entre os fundos imobiliários, foi o RB Capital General Shopping Sulacap FII (RBGS11), com alta de 2,45%.
